The fruit and vegetable raw materials are making irregular rotation under the effect of rotary brush roller to carry out spraying and brushing simultaneously.
The brush is made of high temperature resistant nylon wire through two kinds of technologies such as hair planting and stainless steel winding.

  3) Roller type cleaning machine

 The equipment is composed of motor, water pump, roller, support, supporting wheel, scrubbing brush, spray water tube, hopper, cover plate, water tank, valve, transmission shaft, motor rack and electric control switches etc. parts. Through the chain, the motor sprocket wheel drives the sprocket wheel on the long shaft, and then through the engagement of the sprocket wheel of transition shaft and the stainless steel chain on the roller, the roller starts to rotate. After entering into the roller, the materials will be washed by the spraying tube and scrubbed by the scrubbing brush so as to realize the cleaning effect. There are two water tanks at the bottom of the roller. The tank near to the material inlet side is clear water tank, which connects with clear water through the water inlet pipe. The tank near to the material outlet side is circulating water tank, which contains the water coming from the roller after it washes the materials, and the water can be reused after being filtered by the filter screen in the water tank.
Applicable to cleaning of earth vegetables.
