 2)Single screw pump with propeller

  HGF series single screw pump belongs to volume pump. Its main working parts include conveying trough, spiral shaft, screw of eccentric spiral (also called as rotor) and screw bush with its surface displaying double-line spiral surface (also called as stator). The working principle is: when the motor drives the spiral shaft to rotate, the medium will be compulsorily pushed in under the spiral effect and enter into the sealing cavity formed by the screw and screw bush. Every time when the screw rotates for one cycle, the liquid in the sealing cavity will move forwards for one screw pitch. With the continuous rotation of the screw, the liquid will be pressed from one sealing cavity to another in the spiral form, and be finally extruded outside the pump body.
