   1) Hammer type crushing machine

    The machine is mainly used to crush fruit and vegetable. It consists of side cover, flying blade, sieve, machine body and spindle etc. Parts.
The whole machine is composed of material feeding hopper, side cover, machine body, spindle, bearing seat, motor, machine frame and material discharging hopper etc.
During the operation, the motor will drive the spindle at a constant speed to rotate through a pair of pulleys. The spindle is installed with flying blade for high speed rotation. The materials drop into the material feeding hopper through the lifter and are crushed by the flying blade rotating at high speed. Due to the function of centrifugal force, the materials will drop into the storage tank from the sieve with waist-shaped holes, and then will be transferred to the next procedure by the delivery pump.
The advantage of hammer type crushing machine is the granularity of the crushed materials is even and the size depends on the sieve with waist-shaped holes

2) Squirrel cage type crushing machine

   Working principle: The materials are lifted into the hopper and enter into the crushing area after being carried out rough crushing by the spiral material feeding cover. Under the function of centrifugal force, the materials will rotate with the scraper on the rotor. Because there are blades allocated on the stator, the materials are crushed during the course. After certain granularity is achieved, the materials will be discharged from the waist-shaped or round holes on the stator and will be transferred to the next procedure by the additionally allocated single screw pump with spiral propeller.
The side cover provides level two safety protection.
The blades have double-face gear structure and faces can be exchanged for use.
The granularity of the discharged materials depends on the size and shape of the holes on the stator.

3) Universal crushing machine

   Applicable to crushing of dry materials, ginger and garlic
Disposing capacity: 100-200kg/h
Crushing granularity: 60-120 meshes
Power: 4kw
Outline dimensions: 710×520×1450mm

 4) Stainless steel gear type crushing machine

    The machine is mainly used to crush fruit and vegetable. It is composed of machine body, blade disc, material pushing spiral and spindle etc. It has such features as high production capacity, even material granularity, stable operation and low noise during working. After the materials enter into the hopper, the material pushing spiral will extrude the materials to the blade disc crushing area. The crushed materials will be thrown into the low position trough through side trough of blades by the centrifugal force.

 5) Stainless steel ginger crushing machine

    The flow-through parts in the machine are completely made of 304 stainless steel. The rotor is provided with fixed blade and bottom knife.
Applicable to crushing of ginger.
Production capacity: 2T/h.
Power: 3Kw.

 6) Apricot half-cutting and stoning machine

   The machine is applicable to half-cutting and stoning of apricot. It is a key device for production of preserved apricot, apricot pulp and apricot jam.

 7) Drupe fruits cold stoning unit

   The machine is mainly used to stone peach and apricot etc. drupe fruits under normal temperature. It is one of the key devices on the jam produ-ction line of drupe fruits.
The cores of peach and apricot are stoned through the rotary gear roller and glue roller so that block pulp of fruit is achieved. The interval between two rollers depend on different fruits. The fruit is sent into the material feeding hopper through the front-stage device. The crank connecting rod mechanism will drive the fruit pressing board to press the fruit into the middle of the two rollers. The two rollers rotate toward each other and most of the pulp will be pressed into the gap of gear roller. The core is extruded into the elastic glue roller and the pulp can be dug out from the interval of gear disc by the comb plate. The core with pulp will enter into the core washing part to make the pulp and the core separated.
